Both are held on the Yough River Trail of the Great Allegheny Passage (GAP) which provides a flat, fast, crushed limestone surface. Medals are given in both races. Pacers from Marathon Pacing will participate in the 1/2 marathon. The Mon Yough Trail Council (MYTC) hosts this race.
